Mommy and Me

Miles had his first Mommy and Me class at the gym where I teach. They let him try the class this morning as a trial even though he isn't 18 months yet. There were only two other kids in the class and they were almost three. I was hoping Miles wouldn't be too much of a distraction. He did pretty good and had a lot of fun. I don't know if we will go back, because it was a lot of work for me. He isn't used to sitting and waiting his turn and really didn't understand the concept of the obstacle course. I spent most of the class herding him back to the group. Chris had the day off so he tagged along to take pictures and yes, Miles still has the Mohawk thanks to daddy.

Miles had a really good time. At the end Miss Meagan gave everyone teddy bear stamps on their hands and feet, which was a huge hit with the kids. We opted for just the feet since his hands are constantly in his mouth. In the end Miles was all smiles.......

.......until he realized it was time to go.
