To all those who received our obliterated Christmas card this year, our sincerest apologies. Apparently, the envelopes were not made to survive the postal process. It has been brought to our attention that most people only received parts of an envelope and we actually received back several parts of the envelope containing only the returning address. When I bought the cards, I bought them for their design, cute little penguins and Santas, not for the quality of their envelopes, not that I ever thought that would be an issue. Live and learn, right?
So to all those who were wondering, you were supposed to receive a Christmas card with either a Santa or some penquins with a short but sweet holiday sentiment and a printed insert with a quick and easy Christmas cookie recipe. I would still like to know if anyone actually received their card because so far we are 10 for 10 and we sent out over 50.
