Yes, those are puzzle pieces. Thank goodness for the blue handles to stop them from going all the way through the vent. I'm pretty sure they make vent covers. We should invest in them. A couple of months ago it was his tongue that was going in the openings and I don't think to clean the vent very often. (Thanks to Miles I don't have to now!)

Teething Round 16....?

You know when the drool starts up again, more teeth are on the way. Miles has about 15 or 16 teeth now and they just keep coming. He made it through 3 of the 4 back molars and now I think he is working on the last one as well as the bottom two eyeteeth. It's funny when we run into other 14 month old kids the parents are always amazed with all the teeth Miles has. Their little ones smile at us with the typical two top and two bottom teeth and our kid is able to rip up a raw steak. The down point is that he will have more opportunities for cavities and brushing his teeth 2-3 times a day is a wrestling match at each attempt, but it does make for an adorable grin:
