Busy, Busy

I'm offering apologies for being an absentee poster for a while. Yesterday we spent the day in Denver looking for houses. We are hoping to move sometime now or in the spring. It will all depend on how quickly our house sells and if we find something we like.

After 10 years in the Springs, we are ready for a change. Chris got the okay from his job to work remotely, so we decided now was a good time, before Miles starts school. We had hoped to be moving back east by now, but have decided to stay put because of Miles' future surgeries in CA. We want to be close because he will have to have so many.

So over the next few months, we will be very busy trying to "make the move". We have family coming for Miles' party at the end of the month, and we have a lot to do to get ready for that. But after Feb. we will be starting to get the house ready to be sold. Trying to make a house look absent of kids and pets is not an easy task. So I don't know how much I will post, but if we have any good news we will definitely try to share.

Wish us luck, because working harmoniously together on projects like this is not our strong point as a couple. And working around a baby set on making a mess as it is being cleaned up is even harder. Miles is into demolition not construction and nothing stays standing once he gets his hands on it.
