Student of the Month

Miles was the Student of the Month at school for the month of April. They had a small ceremony in the cafeteria where all the kids get a small gift bag and the teacher includes a quick note about what makes each student a good Student of the Month. I thought it was pretty funny that this month's theme was "knowledgeable communicator" and for two days in a row including the Student of the Month presentation day, Miles lost his smiley face in class for too much talking. Clearly his award could have left off the "knowledgeable" part:) Despite that, we were all very proud of him.

Glazer Children's Museum in Tampa

Took advantage of a Living Social deal for the Glazer Museum months ago. Almost forgot about it and thought it expired, but when we checked again, we had one more weekend. We packed up the kids after church and headed down to Tampa on Sunday for a fun day. Avery had already been a while back, but this was Chris' and Miles' first time. I stayed with Avery and Miles hung out with Daddy, so as usual there are more Avery pics than Miles.
