Getting Better

Miles' eye already looks a lot better. It is actually more swollen (which isn't that noticeable in the picture) and a bit purple, but the cut looks great. The doctor used something called Liquid Stitches, which translates into super glue, but it worked wonders and because there are no actually thread stitches, it should leave less of a scar. I'm sure this will be the first of many, so I am not too worried about one little scar. It makes him look "tough" and "rugged".

The Annual Boo Boo

Almost one year to the day, Miles managed to fall into the corner of the wall again. This one required an emergency trip to the doctor and liquid stitches to control the bleeding, but he is no worse for wear and will spend one more birthday with a nice shiner.

Singing In The Rain

We have some severe thunderstorms moving through the Bay area tonight, so Nana came up to stay by us for the night. When it gets this warm in the winter in Florida and a cold front moves through it becomes perfect tornado weather. We've already had two in the state today and the worst weather is supposed to move through at about 4 in the morning. So Nana and her cat came up for a visit. Anyway Nana brought a rainy day present for Miles this evening and these are the pics of Miles playing with his new gift.
